Due to the anticipated inclement weather, including sleet, rain, and low temperatures, the District office will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.

 

During this time, we kindly ask residents to avoid calling the office for non-emergency matters so that phone lines remain available for emergencies only.

 

Emergency Water Line Protocol

 

 

If you experience a water line break during the inclement weather, please follow the steps below:

1. First, attempt to shut off the water at the shut-off valve located on the side of your home.

2. Call the District’s emergency line and inform staff of the water line break.

3. If you are unable to shut off the water, please call 281-442-9072 EXT. 4 and inform the District staff that you attempted to turn off the water at the shut-off valve but were unsuccessful.

4. The District will dispatch personnel to assist as conditions allow.

 

Please note that District staff may not be able to turn water back on or complete repairs until after the freeze has passed, depending on weather and safety conditions.

Debido a las condiciones climáticas adversas previstas, incluyendo aguanieve, lluvia y bajas temperaturas, la oficina del Distrito permanecerá cerrada el lunes 26 de enero de 2026.

 

Durante este tiempo, les pedimos amablemente que eviten llamar a la oficina para asuntos que no sean de emergencia, con el fin de mantener las líneas telefónicas disponibles exclusivamente para emergencias.

 

Protocolo de Emergencia por Fugas de Agua

Si experimenta una ruptura en una línea de agua durante las condiciones climáticas adversas, por favor siga los pasos a continuación:

1. Primero, intente cerrar el suministro de agua en la válvula de cierre ubicada en el costado de su vivienda.

2. Llame a la línea de emergencia del Distrito e informe al personal sobre la ruptura de la línea de agua.

3. Si no puede cerrar el suministro de agua, por favor llame al 281-442-9072 EXT. 4 e informe al personal del Distrito que intentó cerrar la válvula de paso pero no tuvo éxito.

4. El Distrito enviará personal para asistirle según lo permitan las condiciones.

 

Tenga en cuenta que el personal del Distrito podría no restablecer el servicio de agua ni completar reparaciones hasta después de que haya pasado la helada, dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas y de seguridad.
